Pay the build fee and start hosting in one go. You get an email straight away to set a password and open your client dashboard.
Content & direction
A short call, then a simple list of what to send: logo, photos, hours, menu, the things that make the place yours.
Build & review
Your dashboard flips to In progress and you get a private preview link. Two rounds of revisions are included.
Launch
Domain pointed, SSL live, search engines notified. Status goes to Live and monthly care takes over from there.

Straight answers
What exactly am I charged today?
Both amounts on one card, in one Stripe checkout. The build fee is a single charge on your first invoice. Hosting is a subscription that starts the same day and renews monthly until you cancel it.
Can I cancel the hosting?
Yes, any time, from the billing portal in your dashboard. Your site stays up until the end of the period you have already paid for. The build fee is not refundable once work has started.
Do I need to already have a domain?
No. If you have one, we point it at the new site. If you do not, we will help you register one - you buy it in your own name so it stays yours.
What if I need more than five pages?
Message before you buy and we will scope it. Bigger builds are quoted separately rather than squeezed into the flat package.
Who do I talk to when something breaks?
Me, directly. No ticket system and no offshore first line. Hosting includes uptime monitoring, so most of the time I know before you do.
Is my card safe?
Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this site. Payment method changes happen in Stripe's own hosted billing portal.
